Bensenville,
IL (May 2nd, 2008) -- This camp is
designed to not only help players develop their
individual skills but more importantly on the
proper way to apply these skills in game
situations that will be faced at the highest
levels of Junior hockey.
The main focus of this
camp will be on the player’s decision making
with the puck when placed in certain game type
situations. Players can expect to learn how to
utilize their one-on-one skills while still
protecting the puck in order to generate scoring
opportunities. They will also learn how to read
offensive rush opportunities properly to
generate the best way to create scoring chances
as well as many other game type concepts.
This camp will be run
exclusively by the coaching staff of the Chicago
Steel Hockey Team to provide the players with
the best hands on information of what can be
expected at the highest level of junior hockey
in the United States.
