Bensenville, IL (October 20th, 2007) --The Chicago Steel are pleased to announce that Steel Head Coach and former Chicago Blackhawk, Steve Poapst’s special pink Puck Cancer jersey will be auctioned off.  The auction will begin immediately and will conclude on Monday October 29^th, 2007 at 12 p.m. CST. 

The Chicago Steel would like to thank everyone who came out to Friday Night’s 6 – 4 win against Waterloo. Due to all of your support, the Chicago Steel were able to help raise money for Puck Cancer and ATI Foundation.

Fans interested in bidding on the Steve Poapst Chicago Steel Puck Cancer jersey, can submit bids via email, phone or in person.  If you would like to place a bid in person please come by the Chicago Steel Box Office during normal box office hours (9am-5pm) or by calling (630) 594-1162.  You can also submit your bid through e-mail.   The bidding starts at $20.00 and there is a $5.00 minimum increment for all bids.  Thank you for your support and good luck!
