3 Steel Players Make All Star Game
Bensenville, IL (January 9th, 2008)
-- The Chicago Steel are pleased to announce that three
of their rostered players have been selected to the 2008
USHL All Star Game.
This is the first time playing in a USHL All Star
Game for all three selections, and the players are;
Defensemen Tim Buttery, Forward Brian O’Neill and
gaining the honors of the other roster spot is Forward
Drew LeBlanc. Buttery has played in 29 games for the
Steel this season with a 0-16-16 line, O’Neill has
played in 29 games with an 11-21-32 line while LeBlanc
has played in 27 games with an 11-14-25 line.
Andy Miele was also an All Star selection but since
he has had to leave the team to join Miami of Ohio, he
had to be replaced on the All Star roster.
The 2008 All
Star Game will be held in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The
