Steel Open Preseason Against Green Bay

Bensenville, IL (September 17th,  2008) -- Playing in their first USHL preseason game, the Steel were defeated 6-3 by the Green Bay Gamblers.     

The two teams faced off at Seven Bridges Ice Arena in Woodridge, IL last night.  Scoring for the Steel were Ryan Schnell, Dominic Morrone and Mike Walsh.   

This weekend the Steel head to Indiana for two more preseason games before they leave for Sioux City, Iowa for the Fall Classic.
