Bensenville, IL (January 2, 2011) -  The Omaha Lancers defeated the Chicago Steel, 4-0, Sunday afternoon at The Edge Ice Arena.

Omaha received goals from Ryan Daugherty, Bryce Johnson, Mike Chiasson and Seth Ambroz.

Steven Racine made 24 stops for the Steel in the loss and Omaha’s Todd Mathews turned away 28 for the shutout victory.

Chicago is back in action next Saturday when they travel to Indiana to take on the Ice for a 7:05 faceoff.
