CHICAGO STEEL SINGLE-GAME TICKETS ON SALE AUGUST 29TH

GENEVA, ILLINOIS — The Chicago Steel announced today that single-game tickets for the 2019-20 season will go on sale Thursday, August 29th at 10:00 am CT.

Fans will be able to purchase tickets starting on August 29th over the phone at 855-51-STEEL, online at ChicagoSteelHockeyTeam.com or in person at the Fox Valley Ice Arena.

The Steel open the home portion of the 2019-20 regular season at Fox Valley Ice Arena on Saturday, October 5th at 7:05 pm CT with a clash against the Green Bay Gamblers, the first of their three home contests during the month of October.

Single-game pricing remains the same for fans wishing to see the 2019 Eastern Conference Champions in action.  Tickets start at just $10 for Red Zone seats, $15 for White Zone including center-ice seating, and $20 for stadium seating in the Blue Zone, including a limited number of tickets on the glass.  Parking is always free at the Fox Valley Ice Arena.  All tickets for the team’s two preseason games (Sept. 14 and Sept. 20) are priced at $10.

The Steel will announce their 2019-2020 Promotions Schedule next week prior to single-game tickets going on sale including theme nights, giveaways and dates of special ticket packages such as the TopGolf Family Four Pack and Raising Cane’s Kids Days.

For fans looking to secure the best seats prior to single-game tickets going on sale, the Steel are currently offering a wide variety of season ticket plans and group options, including the brand-new 20th Season Ticket Package and group experiences including the opportunity to present the colors, perform the National Anthem or participate in the McCue Chevy Youth Hockey Experience.

Featured on the schedule this season are nine Friday contests, 15 Saturday showdowns and five Sunday afternoon matchups. Except for one clash (Friday, November 29, 2019 vs. Muskegon – 6:05 pm CT), Friday and Saturday games will be a 7:05 pm CT puck drop with all five Sunday contests slated for 3:05 pm CT start times.

Some highlights of the schedule include hosting the United States National Team Development Program on Oct. 19, Feb. 15 and Feb. 16, and Clark Cup rematches with the Sioux Falls Stampede at Fox Valley Ice Arena on April 3 and April 4.

Steel Box Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm., and until 6:00 pm on home game weeks.  On Saturday and Sunday game days, the box office opens at 10:00 a.m.
